Personnel: Welcome to Ms. Jessica Hunter's Career Web Gallery. The objective of my Gallery is to clarify my professional experiences, goals, and to define who I am outside the work place. I look forward to hearing from you in the near future.
Jessica Hunter has recently graduated from the University of Florida as of May 2002. Jessica will be earning a Bachelor of Art in Fashion Merchandising. Jessica's dedication towards her education and collegiate years have prompted her to explore International Business. Upon graduating, Jessica has decided to travel abroad to South America where she will be visiting countries such as Costa Rica, Venezuela, Ecuador and Peru. Jessica's objective will be to build and gather information for a database that will supply information regarding major jewelry designers, and jewelry suppliers in South America. Jessica Hunter's professional experience is also impressive as she has recently completed an internship with Orient Fashion Designs. Jessica has been employed as an "EI" or Executive Intern whose responsibilities ranged from Account Management of a specific client, as well as Project Management duties. Jessica's internship has provided her with specialized skills in regards to the fields of Marketing, Market Research, and Analysis Consulting with a strong emphasis related to Fashion and International Apparel Markets. Jessica has gained lucrative experience from her internship relative to client services based projects such as:
Outside of the work place, Jessica enjoys modeling in regards to product promotions. Jessica has recently modeled for "Destinations Magazine" as she showcased luggage for a popular travel accessories company. In addition to modeling Jessica channels her energies to learning about cultures and society by travelling. Jessica on the subject of an extra-ordinary travel experience: "Travelling is a definite passion of mine. I have been fortunate enough to travel to Europe, Australia, and numerous islands such as: Curacao, Trinidad, Jamaica, Aruba, the US VI, and the British VI. I also visited a significant number of states at home (in the U.S.). One extra ordinary experience I had was meeting one of my favorite singers and songwriters, Ms. Stevie Nicks, while I was on a flight to California. I approached Ms. Nicks and to my surprise she not only signed an autograph but talked to me for an hour about life and gave me advice related to my future and career goals. Yes, travelling definitely sparks a positive reformation for people and makes individuals appreciate everything they have, and how great it is to be an American." Jessica's special interest this year has been working with
the Susan B. Anthony's "Race for the Cure", a non profit organization that
organizes marathon races to raise sponsorships and funds for breast cancer research.
